Class Descriptions

Tuesday Tai Chi/Qigong

This is a beginner level class, although all levels of experience can benefit from it.  It teaches qigong and a a short Sun Style tai chi form which is filled with powerful qigong moves to help improve your health.  The form has a high stance which makes it easy on your joints, and it helps to improve balance.  This form is wonderful for anyone to learn and is especially beneficial for those with chronic pain, arthritis, and/or balance difficulties.  It can be done standing, holding onto a chair or the wall for balance, or seated.
