Group Tai Chi/Qigong classes are offered weekly.  They are a blend of tai chi and qigong and are suitable for beginners, as well as for those with previous tai chi/qigong experience.

Classes are taught for people of all abilities and disabilities.  They can be done standing or seated.  When standing, attendees can hold onto a chair, wall, etc. for help with balance, if desired.

No special equipment is needed.  It is recommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat, comfortable shoes. My current tai chi space is carpeted, but I find it to be easier and more comfortable on a hard floor. Either way will work. You will need a little space on either side of you and in front of and behind you.

Classes are currently available on Wednesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  Additional sessions will be coming soon.
