No special equipment is needed. It is recommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat, comfortable shoes. My current tai chi space is carpeted, but I find it to be easier and more comfortable on a hard floor. Either way will work. You will need a little space on either side of you and in front of and behind you.
Classes are currently available on Wednesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Additional sessions will be coming soon.
